Thank you for shopping with cyclingfox ! We’re committed to offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policies below for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, depending on availability.
  • If your item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping timeline.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the item has not shipped.
  • No cancellations are accepted once the item has shipped.

Refused Deliveries

  • If a delivery is refused for reasons other than damage or our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@cyclingfox.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Eligibility & Amount

  • Once inspected and approved, you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs (if any).
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing

  • Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Golden Designs, Maxxus, Dynamic, Scandia Return within 30 days. No restocking fee.
Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Finnmark Designs, KOLO Return within 30 days.
Dundalk Leisurecraft Non-returnable
Sunray Saunas Return within 30 days if uninstalled and in original condition. Shipping costs apply.
TheraSauna Non-returnable

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Products damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge.
  • We will assist with any warranty-related concerns or replacements.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Replacement parts
  • Sauna wood products
  • Used, altered, or damaged items
