Free Shipping
Most of our products ship free of charge. However, some specialty items may include additional shipping fees based on supplier terms. If you're unsure whether shipping charges apply to your order, feel free to reach out to us.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, in-stock items usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Carriers Used: We primarily ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your item ships, we’ll send tracking information to your email.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt.
Report any missing or damaged items to us within 48 hours to ensure a fast resolution.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@cyclingfox.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for reasons unrelated to product damage or shipping errors, a free restocking fee and applicable shipping charges may apply.
