Return Process
Contact support@cyclingfox.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely package the item and include the RMA number.
Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to most items.
Certain items may have different restocking fees, such as some specialty brands.
The restocking fee helps cover shipping, payment processing fees, and repackaging.
