Welcome to CyclingFox! By accessing or using our website (www.cyclingfox.com), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

Products and Services
CyclingFox is an authorized seller of premium bicycles, electric bikes, and unicycles from top brands. All products offered on our site are genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturers or authorized distributors.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

Shopify Payments for credit and debit card transactions.
For alternative payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, etc.), please contact our sales support at sales@cyclingfox.com for assistance.
All payments must be made in full before shipment.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Areas: We currently ship only within the United States.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery Time: Typically 3–9 business days for in-stock items.
Shipping Carriers: We use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for shipping.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, as long as the item has not been shipped, without incurring any penalty.
Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, email support@cyclingfox.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you receive the RMA, securely package the item and return it.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, and may take 3–7 business days.
Liability Disclaimer
CyclingFox is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
